Poster Presentations for the

CLAE 2021 Virtual Scientific Meeting 

POSTER PORTAL

Digital posters will be displayed in a CLAE Scientific Meeting Portal, which will allow delegates to access the poster portal at their leisure. Viewers will also be able to leave questions or comments via email for you to respond to in your own time.

The deadline to submit content for the poster portal is August 19, 2021. Anything received after this date may not be uploaded to the CLAE poster portal.

HAVE THE FOLLOWING READY TO SUBMIT

• Your poster number - please ensure you know your poster number (see Poster list for a list if you are unsure)
• 2-3 sentence bio (Lead Author)
  
• Headshot in JPEG or PNG format (Lead Author)
  
• Email address (Lead Author)
  
• 1-minute video presentation in MP4 or MOV file
• • Please include a COI disclosure slide at the beginning of the presentation.
  • Declarations must be verbalized at the start of your presentation.
  • You must include your poster number and speaker name in the file title (i.e., 54 - John Smith.MP4).
  • Instructions on how to pre-record in Zoom can be found here. 

• Digital poster in JPEG or PNG format
• • The digital poster must be created in a landscape/horizontal orientation
  • File cannot exceed 2 MB
