CLAE 2021 Scientific Meeting - Abstract Submissions

*NOTE: Please submit your abstracts for the 2021 CLAE Scientific Meeting by clicking on "Register".

Once you have started the abstract submission form, you must complete it. If you do not complete the process prior to exiting the form, your information will NOT be saved.

Abstract Instructions

• The maximum word count is 250 words, not including title, authors, affiliations and funding sources.
• Institutional information should be provided for all authors.
• Abstracts should be structured in five sections: Title, Rationale, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
• No figures, tables and other illustrations can be submitted.
• Funding sources must be acknowledged at the end of the abstract.
• Abbreviations and references should be used sparingly.
• Data already presented at other meetings are eligible for consideration.
• Study authors/investigators must submit for consideration their own poster. Submissions by a third party will not be accepted.
• One author/investigator must be present during the poster session (if their submission is accepted) and must have registered for the CLAE meeting.
• Stand-ins during the poster session will not be accepted.

The CLAE Education Committee will review all abstracts and send decision notifications the week of July 26.

Trainee Oral Abstract Presentation

The top four abstracts submitted by a clinical or research trainee (clinical resident, graduate student or post-doctoral fellow) will be selected for oral presentation.

In the submission, there is space for seven authors. Please email events@secretariatcentral.com with additional authors as needed.
